The location was convenient with easy access to key attractions. I loved the modern design of the room, which was clean and comfortable for my two-night stay. Special mention goes to the fantastic service from the staff. they were genuinely helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed a stunning city view from my window each morning, adding to my overall experience.

The breakfast spread, featuring smoked salmon and pastrami, was a highlight. A wonderful choice for both business and leisure stays!

Humidity lingered in the room, with damp sheets and a feeling of moldiness every time entering. The connecting door issue took a frustrating day and a half to resolve. Limited lift availability created long queues, causing delays during busy times.

The entrance design posed challenges, making it difficult to pull up in front. In the room, a persistent odor lingering like dampness detracted from the comfort, despite switching rooms. the breakfast selection was impressive, particularly the homemade pastry, which stood out as a delightful treat. The staff offered commendable service, contributing positively to the overall experience.

Fast valet service was great. Room ready late but upgraded nicely. free Wi-Fi!

The food at the restaurant was fantastic, especially the desserts that felt homemade and rich in flavor. I loved lounging by the heated swimming pool and getting a refreshing massage at the spa. The only downside was the slow response when I needed extra towels, but it didn’t take away from a lovely stay. 😊
